The Salt of the Earth (Matthew 5:13-16)

Jesus intends for every one of His followers to flavor this world with His love. This has always been God’s plan. In order to be salt we cannot be divided in our loyalties. We must give our lives fully to Jesus Christ.

Triumphant (Mark 11:1-10)

Jesus rode triumphantly into Jerusalem on what we call Palm Sunday. Less than a week later those who cheered for him demanded his crucifixion. Christians need to realize that we will face opposition when we tell others about Jesus. We will ultimately be triumphant, but we must recognize the cost of discipleship.

Pastor Chuck explains why it is so important to give your life to Jesus Christ. It’s not just about where you’ll spend eternity. You also have an eternal mission on earth to complete.

Heart, Wisdom, Courage

Pastor Chuck explains that Christians should desire a heart, wisdom, and courage. We need a heart that loves the Lord. We must seek to have His wisdom as we live our lives. And we should long for His encouragement as we tell others about salvation through Jesus Christ.

Loving Others (Philippians 2:3-5)

Pastor Chuck challenges believers to follow the example of Jesus Christ, who was the ultimate servant. Christians should strive to keep others, saved and unsaved alike, close in our hearts and minds. We should be like Jesus, putting others and their interests ahead of our own. The epitome of loving and caring for others is telling them about Jesus Christ and what He did for all of us on the cross.

Saintly Business

Anyone who given their lives to Jesus is considered a saint by God. Pastor Chuck describes some characteristics of the life of a saint.
